Does the price include everything?
No, there are two items missing from the price illustrated, VAT and the power / utilities from the existing building to the pod.
How do I get the power / utilities from the existing building to the pod?
We can give you a quotation for doing the work or you can get an independent contractor onboard for this element of the work.
Can I have bedrooms in my garden room?
Yes subject to relevant planning permissions.
Can I have a bespoke garden room?
